Limitations of Liability
MyRide OK. and its affiliates will not be responsible for delays caused by weather, road, or traffic conditions; mechanical failure; or any other conditions beyond our control. Any expenses arising as a result of delayed departure or arrival times, including missed flights or travel connections, are the sole responsibility of the passenger.
Payments
Some MyRide OK. services require prepayment with a credit card. Your credit card will be charged for the full amount at the time you make your reservation.  All other payments for reservations will be paid to the driver at the time of service.
Pricing
Every effort is made to provide accurate and up-to-date information on this Site. However coverage areas displayed may be discontinued, and prices are subject to change. MyRide OK. is not responsible for typographical errors and reserves the right to make corrections and changes to the Site at any time without notice.
Refund Policy
Prepaid reservations canceled more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time will be refunded. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to pick-up time.
